StriveTogether receives $7 million as it transitions to independent status to better serve communities across the country.
"We are proud to announce StriveTogether has become an independent organization with support from new and existing investors. In 2010, we were launched by KnowledgeWorks and Living Cities after they saw big results from StrivePartnership, the flagship community partnership in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Today, the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network includes more than 70 communities with the same commitment to improving educational outcomes. Now onward to our goals of changing systems, closing gaps and reaching five Proof Point communities by 2018!"
